The FOXX ITZ series is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session that will put your stamina, strength, and willpower to the test as you ride, lift, battle, and punch, utilizing specialized equipment.


Make your way through the various zones as light, sound and energy motivate you through your workout while our coaches challenge you to achieve results you never thought possible.

As you workout, a heart-rate wearable will track your performance and display it on our studio screen, ensuring that you train your body at the optimum intensity.
